Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi CIVI 5 Pro in China, alongside the Xiaomi 15S Pro and Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra. It will be globally out as the name of Xiaomi 15 CIVI. Xiaomi 15S Pro came with XRing O1 chipset, but CIVI 5 Pro has Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.
Xiaomi CIVI 5 Pro comes in Nebula Purple, Sakura Pink, Black, White and a Iced American special edition. It weighs around 184g (iced americano weighs around 181g).
Limited edition packaging includes the Lancôme “Night Color” gift box, which has cosmetics and the Iced Americano model.
CIVI 5 Pro comes with a 6.55-inch quad-curved 1.5K OLED TCL C8 display with a resolution of 2750 × 1236 (1.5K), up to 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3200 nits peak brightness. It has support for HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 2160Hz PWM dimming, DC dimming and is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The display has a dual-hole cutout for selfie cameras, similar to 14 CIVI/ CIVI 4 Pro.
As mentioned before, CIVI 5 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, which has +31% CPU performance, +49% GPU performance, +44% AI performance improvement over the 14 CIVI/CIVI 4 Pro. For thermal management, it has a 3D convex ring cold pump system which cools closer to the chipset, for better heat dissipation. It comes LPDDR5X RAM And UFS 4.0 storage.

Coming to the Cameras, Xiaomi 15 CIVI comes with a triple back camera setup:
- 50MP Omnivision Light Fusion 800 main sensor (1/1.55″, f/1.63, Hyper OIS, Leica Summilux lens)
- 12MP ultrawide Omnivision sensor (120° FoV, f/2.2)
- 50MP Samsung JN5 60mm floating telephoto (2x optical zoom, 10cm macro, f/2.0, OIS)
On the front, it has a 50MP Samsung JNP sensor, with autofocus and a nano-prism layer to improve photosensitivity by 25% over 14 CIVI.
Xiaomi CIVI 5 Pro is keeping the same slim profile like the CIVI 4 Pro but it has a large 6000mAh silicon-carbon battery with support for up to 67W fast charging. This battery uses 10% high-silicon content, offering an energy density of 854Wh/L.
CIVI 5 Pro runs Android 15 with HyperOS 2 out of the box and the phone also comes with a Stereo dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res audio, LDAC, and LHDC 5.0 support.
Coming to Connectivity and other features, it has support for 5G, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, IR Blaster, Dual Sim, in-display fingerprint sensor and USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1.
