vivo is set to launch the vivo X300 Series soon in China and then Worldwide, including India.
Leaks Tipset Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) posted on X (previously Twitter) has apparently revealed storage options and colours, which apparently might feature in X300 Series Indian Phones.
vivo X300 Series comes in two storage Options, according to Abhishek Yadav.
- 12GB + 256GB
- 16GB + 512GB
Abhishek Yadav also revealed on the X or Twitter Post that the X300 Series might launch in three colours.
- Blue
- Red
- Black

As announced by vivo China, the Vivo X300 Series will have a Flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Series Chipset and an in-house self-developed V3+ imaging chip.


Vivo X300 Series will run OriginOS 6 globally out of the box, replacing the Outdated FunTouch OS’s UI Design. OriginOS 6 will be revealed officially during the Vivo Developers Conference (V.D.C), on October 10.

The Vivo X300 series will introduce the world’s first 4K 60fps cinematic portrait video on a smartphone, ahead of other Android phones and iPhones.
OriginOS 6‘s File Sharing feature is very similar to Apple’s AirDrop; this feature lets users wirelessly send files
between Vivo Phones and Apple devices, similar to Macs and iPads, without cables or WiFi.
Vivo’s X300 Pro is anticipated to come with a Hasselblad-tuned quad camera system and design enhancements, while the compact X300 provides a smaller footprint for those who prioritise portability.
There are leaks of the Vivo X300 Series Camera Specifications, which reveal the Vivo X300 to have a 200MP 1/1.4-inch HPB Main, 50MP Ultra-wide angle camera, and a 50MP IMX882 ~3x Periscope Telephoto. Vivo X300 Pro leaks point to a 50MP 1/1.28-inch 22nm LYT-828 Main, 50MP Ultrawide Angle Camera and a 200MP 3.7x± HP9 / HPE Periscope Tele Camera.
