vivo has been teasing their S30 Series throughout their Weibo profile for a few weeks, and now it has been fully unveiled officially, alongside vivo Pad 5. The series has two phones: vivo S30 and S30 Pro Mini. Here’s a look at its specifications, pricing, and Indian launch news.
Specifications
vivo S30 has a 6.31-inch 1.5K 8T 120Hz LTPO OLED with a resolution of 2800×1260p, with support for 120Hz refresh rate, 3840Hz PWM, 1600 nits HBM, and 5000 nits peak brightness.

vivo S30 is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and has an LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, while the S30 Pro Mini comes with a Dimensity 9300+ chipset, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage.
The vivo S30 has a 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. The S30 Pro Mini also has the same battery and charging support.

Coming to cameras, vivo S30 has a 50MP main (LYT-700V with OIS), an 8MP Ultra-wide (OmniVision OV08D10), and a 50MP periscope (LYT-600, OIS, IMX882). On the front, it has a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor.

While, The S30 Pro Mini has a 50MP main (Sony IMX921, OIS), an 8MP Ultra-wide ((OmniVision OV08D10), and a 50MP 3x periscope (LYT-600). On the front, it has a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor.

Both vivo S30 and S30 Pro Mini run on Android 15 based on OriginOS 5. Out of the box, both have an in-display fingerprint and a dual stereo speaker setup.

Even though both phones have the same 6,500mAh battery, the vivo S30 offers better battery life compared to the vivo S30 Pro Mini, even with its larger screen and lack of LTPO display, all thanks to the efficient Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 inside the S30.
