REDMI has launched REDMI K80 Ultra, alongside REDMI K Pad and Xiaomi YU7, MIX Flip 2. Here’s a look at specifications, pricing and in-box contents.
Specifications
REDMI K80 Ultra has a 6.83-inch 1.5K+ OLED 8T LTPS 144Hz flat Display with up to 3200 nits peak brightness and 2506Hz PWM dimming with Xiaomi Dragon Glass for display protection. The display resolution is lower compared to other phones.
K80 Ultra is powered by Dimensity 9400+ and D2 graphics chipset for 1.5K interpolation and Upscaling. It also has 12/16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. It also has a 6500mm² Vapour Chamber for Heat dissipation. It scores over 3.2M on AnTuTu.
REDMI K80 Ultra has a 7,410mAh Si-Ci battery with 100W charging, and it comes with a 120W charger in the box. It also has support for bypass charging. Plus, it does not support wireless charging.
Coming to Cameras, K80 Ultra has a Dual Camera Setup with 50MP Light Hunter 800 Main with OIS and 8MP Ultra-wide, there is no Telephoto. It has a 20MP OV20B Front camera.
In terms of build, it has a metal frame, and the back is of fibreglass and has a PVD Coating for Metallic Texture. The phone is rated for IP68 / IP69 water and dust resistance.
K80 Ultra has symmetrical dual stereo speakers, ultra-wideband haptic motor, 3D Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, x-axis linear motor, G1 power management chip and P3 charging chip.
K80 Ultra has support for Hi-Res audio and Dolby Atmos.
In terms of Connectivity, it comes with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and an IR blaster. It runs on HyperOS 2, based on Android 15 out of the box.
