OPPO had recently announced the OPPO Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro in China, as successors to the Reno 13 series. Both phones have some upgrades over their predecessors, for balance over design style, performance, and battery life. Here’s a look at its specifications and pricing.
Both the Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro have a new design language. They have 3D hyperboloid glass back panels that offer a premium in-hand feel. The aluminum frames are curved for better ergonomics. The back camera module has a unique circular layout similar to those of other brands. It also has improved fingerprint resistance and durability.
The Reno 14 and 14 Pro have a 6.7-inch AMOLED with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and 10-bit color depth. It supports up to 1600 nits of peak brightness and is protected by OPPO Crystal Shield Glass protection for both Reno 14 Pro and Reno 14.
OPPO Reno 14 Pro is powered by Dimensity 8350, it comes with 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 3.1 storage. OPPO Reno 14 comes with Dimensity 8450 along with 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 3.1 storage.
Both phones come with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with OIS. The Reno 14 Pro has a 50MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and a 112° ultra-wide lens. OPPO Reno 14 has a 2MP macro and a 112° ultra-wide, like the Pro. Coming to the front, the Reno 14 Pro has a 50MP Samsung JN5 front camera, and the Reno 14 has a 32MP front camera.
Both Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro run on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box, which brings software features like a new smart sidebar and Deepseek assistant.
OPPO Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro come with stereo dual speakers. Both have IP66 / IP68 / IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, both have a metal frame.
Both Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro come with an In-display fingerprint sensor and an infrared sensor.
OPPO Reno 14 has a 6000mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, and Reno 14 Pro has a 6200mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. Both Variants support 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and come with an X1 chip for better network connectivity.
OPPO Reno 14 comes in three colors: Reef Black, Pinellia Green, and Mermaid. OPPO Reno 14 Pro comes in three colors: Reef Black, Calla Lily Purple, and Mermaid.
