The New MacBook Air comes with an M5 Chipset with an 8 Core GPU, 8 Core CPU, and 16 Core Neural Engine. It also features a new N1 Connectivity Chip for improved connectivity.
MacBook Air M5 comes in 13.6-inch and 15.3-inch liquid retina IPS LCD options. runs macOS Tahoe out of the box.
The MacBook Air has a 12MP Centre stage camera with desk view, Quad Speakers.
In-terms of ports, the M5 Air has a 3.5mm audio jack, two Thunderbolt 4 (USB 4), a MagSafe port for charging [USB-C to MagSafe 3 Cable]. 30/35W with 13-inch and 14-inch gets 70W charging adapter.
Wi-Fi-7 and Bluetooth 6.0 are connectivity options, which are paired with earlier mentioned New N1 Connectivity chip to push maximum connections in slow areas.
Apple has raised base storage, with MacBook Air now starting at 512GB. Pre-orders start from March 4. Shipping begins on March 11th.
