iQOO Z11 and iQOO Buds have launched in India. The smartphone is a good upgrade from the iQOO Z10, which was launched on April 11, 2025. Let’s check if this is a good upgrade from the previous generation, along with details on the iQOO Buds.
Design
The iQOO Z11 features an 8 mm slim body and is 199 grams, making it lightweight and easy to hold with a huge 7000 mAh battery, and speaking of the design, the Z11’s design is changed versus its predecessor; it shares the same looks as the Pixel phones and feels unique, and the camera module is based on aluminum, so the aluminum module sits flush and stable, the phone comes in two colors, which are aurora green and celestial blue.
Display
The iQOO Z11 features a 6.83-inch curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, with 449 ppi pixel density, a high brightness mode peak of 2000 nits, and a peak brightness of 3000 nits on the phone. It features a 93.8% screen-to-body ratio, and the phone also supports HDR on Netflix thanks to the Widevine certification. The device also comes with a dual stereo speaker system, which is a first, which means the audio will be a lot louder and better, and it brings an improvement of 25% in soundstage width and 120% better in-game sound detail.
Performance
The iQOO Z11 is powered by the Dimensity 7500 Turbo, which brings a 15% improvement in smoothness, 25% lower power consumption, up to 10% better gaming experience, and lastly, up to 10% higher efficiency than the Dimensity 7400, which was present on the Z10R. It features 240% improved AI performance and 50% faster AI image generation. The phone also features a large 3800 mm² vapour cooling system, which offers 6x more thermal conductivity vs. the previous generation’s graphite and 2.5x more cooling area vs the previous generation’s graphite, which offers a temperature reduction vs. the predecessor. Thanks to MediaTek and Google tuning it, it holds stable frame rates with less power and heat.
Cameras
The iQOO Z11 features a 50MP Sony IMX 882 sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The phone can also capture multi-focal portraits at 1x or 2x zoom with cinematic bokeh styles like natural, rotary focus, and bubbles. The phone also features a 32MP selfie camera, and both the front and rear cameras can do 4K 30fps video recording.
Battery
The iQOO Z11 features a 7050 mAh BlueVolt battery with 44W flash charging, which has been downgraded from 90W flash charging to 44W. Despite the 44W charging, the phone can go from 1% to 17% in 10 minutes and 30 minutes to go from 1% to 44%, which is an excellent charging speed considering the battery capacity. The phone also supports 44W via PPS charging techniques even when you lose the charger.
OS
The iQOO Z11 comes with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box, and it comes with 3 years of OS upgrades along with 5 years of security patches, which is again a neat upgrade since the Z10 features 2 OS with 4 years of security patches, and it also includes AI features like AI captions, AI creation, and AI transcript assist to help the user.
Pricing
The iQOO Z11 is priced at INR 34,999 for the 6+128GB, 39,999 for the 8+128, and the 8+256 variant at 44,999, and 49,999 for the 12+256 variant. Without any promotional offers, with a 3,000 instant discount on ICICI and HDFC credit cards and debit cards. The prices come down to 31,499 for the 6+128 variant, 35,999 for the 8+128 variant, the 8+256 variant at 40,999, and 45999 for the 12+256 variant.
iQOO Buds
iQOO has also launched the iQOO Buds alongside the iQOO Z11. The TWS feature a big improvement from the TWS 1e; they are getting a 50-hour playback time with the case, and 10 minutes of charging gives 4 hours of playback time. It also comes with 42ms latency, but there’s a small catch: it only works on iQOO phones from Z10 and iQOO 9 onwards, and the buds also feature the latest Bluetooth 6.1.
The earbuds feature a 10mm driver with AI call noise reduction and spatial audio with DeepX 4.0 audio sound effects, and the buds weigh 3.8g each and come with IP54 dust and water resistance. The iQOO buds are priced at 1899, with a launch offer of a 200 instant discount on all bank cards, bringing the price down to 1699.
