Nothing has launched their Phone (4a) series, as successors to Phone (3a) Series, with a design refresh, upgraded camera systems and new glyph implementation.

Nothing Phone (4a) is powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, paired with LPDDR4X memory, and UFS 3.1 Storage. Nothing Phone (4a) series has vapor chamber cooling, supports 120fps in BGMI

It features a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display, with 120Hz refresh rate, up to 2160Hz PWM Dimming support and Gorilla Glass 7i protection.

Nothing Phone (4a)’s Camera system consists of a Triple Rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP GN9 main, a 3.5x Optical 50MP JN5 OIS telephoto and an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens, and on the front is a 32MP selfie camera.

A 5400mAh battery with 50W wired fast charging powers the whole phone.

In-terms of connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, and NFC (outside India). It has an IP65 dust and water resistance rating, an X-axis linear motor, an essential key (rearranged), an optical in-display fingerprint sensor, and dual stereo speakers.

Nothing Phone (4a) comes with a new Glyph bar with 9 LEDs, which can be individually controlled and are brighter than (3a).

It has a matte plastic frame with a Glass back, which can be considered great for the price. It’s measured 8.5mm in thickness and weighs around 205grams.

The phone runs NothingOS 4.1, based on Android 16, out of the box with a promise of 3 OS upgrades, and 6 years of security updates.

Comparison With 3a

Compared to Phone (3a), (4a) has 1.5K display, 1600nits *300nits higher with Corning Gorilla glass 7i protection, UFS 3.1, Camera setup upgraded to match (3a) Pro.
