The OPPO Find X9 Series has just hit the Global Market, consisting of the Find X9 and X9 Pro. Both phones were launched together in China on October 16th this year.
Design
The OPPO Find X9 features an all-new Design with a reimagined layout, Offering Premium Design and Ergonomics. It comes with the Plus Key or snap key, which allows you to launch AI Mind Space, camera, recorder, or translate, switch modes or take a screenshot and turn on the torch. It acts as a shortcut while using your phone.
This reimagined layout is precisely placed and well-balanced for using the Phone comfortably using one hand.
OPPO Find X9 comes in Titanium Grey (Smooth design with fingerprint resistance), Velvet Red (matte design with clean and vibrant tone), and Space Black (smooth and matte texture, smudge-free design).
Find X9 not only has a great design, but a Durable aerospace‑grade aluminium frame design and IP66, IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance.
OPPO Find X9 has an Infrared sensor (IR), Stereo Speakers, and a Bionic Haptic Motor.
Display
Starting with the Base Find X9, it has a 6.59-inch 1.5k+ (2760 × 1256 pixels) 120Hz Tianma Flat LTPO OLED ProXDR display with support for 3840Hz ultra-high-frequency PWM dimming, 460ppi, Dolby Vision and HDR10+. This Display Goes up to 3600 nits in terms of peak brightness and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
The Find X9 Display has Symmetrical Bezels, which are just 1.5mm and is paired with a 3D Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor.
This Display Supports Adaptive Eye Care with TÜV Rheinland and SGS certification, paired with 1nit of Ultra-Low Brightness, 3840PWM Dimming, and adjustable white point.
Performance
OPPO Find X9 is powered by a flagship Dimensity 9500 Chipset, based on 3nm, paired with an Arm Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
Dimensity 9500 has a 32% faster CPU, 33% Faster GPU, 37% Higher stability, 13% Higher power while under load and 100% higher efficiency in imaging – compared to Last year’s Find X8.
Dimensity 9500 is paired with a Vapour Chamber Cooling System for better performance, and maintains lower temperatures while doing demanding tasks.
OPPO’s Find X9 also has an in-house S1 Networking Chip – made by S1 Chip, for stronger performance while in a weak signal area, like underground or busy areas. This S1 Chip has a 360-degree Surround Antenna Architecture for a reliable connection.
Camera
Coming to Cameras, OPPO Find X9 has a Hasselblad-collaborated camera for better clarity and colour calibration.
On the back, Find X9 features a 50MP camera with a 1/1.4″ Sony LYT808 sensor, f/1.6 aperture, OIS, and 23mm focal length. Main Camera allows for capturing 57% More Light than Find X8. A 50MP JN5 ultra-wide camera with 15mm of focal length and 120° Field of view, and a 50MP 1/1.95″ LYT600 3x periscope telephoto camera with ƒ/2.6 aperture, OIS, 73mm focal length and lastly a 2MP True Colour Camera with 9 Spectral Channels and 48 Zones.
This Camera System allows for up to 4K 120 fps Dolby Vision video Recording, with OIS and EIS for stable vide, and 4K 120 fps Log for Professional Videography.
On the front, is a 32MP front camera with 1/2.74″ Sony IMX615 sensor, f/2.4 aperture.
Software
OPPO Find X9 runs on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, which has Features like AI Mind Space, Gemini Live and features to pair with the Apple Ecosystem, Touch to Share across OPPO or Apple Devices and PC Connect for using Android Apps on OPPO in your Mac, AI Recording or writer, OPPO Lock, Private Computing Cloud for Secure Walls and so on.
Battery
OPPO Find X9 has a large 7025mAh Si-Ci Battery with 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging and 50W Wireless AIRVOOC Charging.
Connectivity
In terms of connectivity, OPPO Find X9 supports 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and NFC and is paired with an S1 Chip and AI linkboost
