The Xiaomi 14 CIVI or CIVI 4 Pro was released last year with a LEICA partnership for the cameras, like the Flagship Xiaomi Lineup. Now, the Digital Chat Station on Weibo has leaked specifications of the Xiaomi CIVI 4 Pro.

Xiaomi 15 CIVI comes with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 of the Xiaomi 14 CIVI. It will likely have a 6.55-inch 1.5K Micro Quad Curved Display with support for 120Hz, according to @That_Kartikey on X, and might have HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 Protection, same as featured in the 14 CIVI.
It will have 67W charging support according to DCS, which is the same as the 14 CIVI or 90W charging support according to @That_Kartikey, which will be an upgrade over the 14 CIVI.
It will have a 6,000mAh battery, compared to the 4700mAh battery on the 14 CIVI. It will apparently come with a 50MP telephoto lens, which may be the same as 14 CIVI’s 50MP Leica 50mm telephoto.
Xiaomi 15 CIVI may come with the same LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 Storage as that of Xiaomi 14 CIVI. The 14 CIVI came with 8GB + 256GB / 12GB + 512GB Storage options, which may remain the same.
The 32MP Main selfie camera may also remain the same as that of the 14 CIVI. The main upgrade would be the battery, in my opinion. The Xiaomi 14 CIVI was a perfect phone until it came to battery, which was a 4700mAh battery, but this time it will be a 6000mAh battery as per leaks, which would make the 15 CIVI almost a perfect phone. But Xiaomi did optimize the 14 CIVI’s Battery very well, as it gives great battery life, even with heavy usage
Xiaomi 14 CIVI has HDR video recording up to 4K at 30fps on the back camera, which will be upgraded to 4K at 60fps on the 15 CIVI. Likely.
Xiaomi 15 CIVI will come with a Metal Frame and Glass Back build, and also come with an IR Blaster and will be using an In-Display Fingerprint. Overall, a thin phone with great cameras.
Moreover, Xiaomi 15 CIVI May also come with Dual SIM (nano SIM + nano SIM), Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, and NFC support, as 14 CIVI.
Xiaomi 15 CIVI or Xiaomi CIVI 5 Pro has now been listed on Geekbench Benchmark with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and 16GB RAM.
Conclusion: Xiaomi 15 CIVI
Xiaomi 15 CIVI looks like a good overall upgrade over the 14 CIVI, mainly due to its bigger 6000mAh battery and Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. If well optimized like the 14 CIVI, the 6000mAh battery could even last a whole day with heavy usage. Many specs may be similar, like the cameras and display quality. But the bigger battery size will solve the real spec sheet drawback on the 14 CIVI. If leaks are accurate, Xiaomi may launch this phone as a midranger in India and price it under ₹45k with a main focus on camera.
