vivo X300 is powered by a Dimensity 9500, LPDDR5x RAM paired with a quad-channel UFS 4.1 storage and also has an Ice Pulse Fluid Vapour Chamber cooling for heat dissipation.

vivo X300 has a fairly large, 6510mAh 2nd-gen semi-solid Blue Ocean battery with support for up to 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The vivo X300 features a great triple-camera system. On the back, it consists of a 200MP 1/1.4″ HPB OIS Main, 50MP 1/2.76″ ultra-wide angle camera and a 50MP 1/1.95″ LYT-602 OIS, VCS periscope telephoto and on the front, it has a 50MP 1/2.76″ S5KJN1 front selfie sensor.
