Apple has launched their M5 Air and M5 Pro MacBooks, but a budget MacBook with an A-Series chip was missing. It got accidentally leaked through a regulatory document, which confirmed the naming and cost range. The leak suggests the name and model number as Apple MacBook Neo (Model A3404).

Apple MacBook Neo is expected to start at approx $700 ($599 to $850 range), which costs less than the M5 MacBook Air.

As Per Leaks, it will be powered by A18 Pro or A19 Pro, which would be optimised for 8GB RAM for light usage like browsing, writing docs, etc…

Apple MacBook Neo is expected to have a ~12.9-inch display, which is smaller than the Air, 2 USB-C Ports, MagSafe charging, Wi-Fi 7, and no N1 Connectivity chip, instead opting for MediaTek, reportedly.

It would be available in colourful options like Blue, Pink, Green, and Yellow. This might be focused on providing value for students or light users.
