vivo’s X300 features a compact 6.31-inch BOE Q10+ Flat LTPO OLED Display with a 1.5K resolution and support for a dynamic refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
This compact display is capable of up to 1600nits in HBM, 4500nits peak brightness and 2160Hz PWM Dimming and goes down to 1-nit Low Brightness.
This display has a ZEISS Master Colour Calibration for showing better color accuracy.
Performance
vivo X300 is powered by the latest flagship Mediatek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage and is also combined with a 4000mm² Liquid Cooling Vapour Chamber Cooling System for better and faster heat dissipation and thermal management.
Cameras
vivo X300 has a solid triple-camera system on the back, consisting of a 200MP Samsung HPB Main Sensor with OIS, a 50MP JN1 Ultra-Wide Lens and lastly a 50MP LYT602 3x OIS VCS Telephoto Sensor. On the front is a 50MP JN1 front sensor.
This camera system is also paired with vivo’s self-developed in-house V3+ chip for better consistency and processing.
You can also combine this with a 2.35x teleconverter lens for better zoomed-in images with better detailing and clarity.
Battery
vivo X300 has a large 6040mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging.
Software
vivo X300 runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, out of the box with a promise of 5 OS and 7 Years of Security Updates.
Connectivity
In terms of connectivity, vivo’s X300 supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, IR Blaster and NFC.
It also comes with a Type-C Port rated for USB 3.2 Gen 1 transfer speeds.

Other features of vivo X300 include an Ultrasonic Fingerprint sensor for faster and secure unlocking, an X-axis linear motor for haptics, and Dual Stereo Speaker.
