Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 has been launched with Z Flip7 and Z Flip7 FE, alongside Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic. Here’s a Look at specifications, features, pre-order details and pricing of the Galaxy Z Fold7.
Z Fold7 is the thinnest and lightest Fold Samsung has ever released at just 8.9mm.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 has a large 8.0-inch QXGA+ 2184 x 1968 Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO main display with a Dynamic Refresh rate of up to 120Hz refresh rate and 8.9mm thickness.
Coming to the cover display, the Z Fold7 has a large 6.5-inch FHD+ (2520 x 1080) Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO with up to 120Hz refresh rate and has Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 protection.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 is only 8.9mm thick when folded and 4.2mm thick when unfolded, but it is powered by the Flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, paired with Adreno 830 GPU and comes with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
Coming to Cameras, On the back, the Z Fold 7 has a 200MP Wide-Angle main sensor (Quad Pixel AF, OIS, F1.7, Pixel size: 0.6μm, FOV: 85˚) and a 12MP Ultrawide (Dual Pixel AF, F2.2, Pixel size: 1.4μm, FOV: 120˚) and a 10MP 3x telephoto (PDAF, OIS, F2.4, Pixel size: 1.0μm, FOV: 36˚). On the front is a 10MP front camera (F2.2, Pixel size: 1.12μm, FOV: 100˚) and a 10MP sensor (F2.2, Pixel size: 1.12μm, FOV: 85˚) on the front cover display..
Z Fold 7 has a 4400mAh battery with support for up to 25W Wired charging (Up to 50% charge in around 30 min) and Fast Wireless Charging 2.0, Wireless PowerShare. The Fold has a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port
The Z Fold 7 has an IP48 rating, and the Cover is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, and the back is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The Fold has an Advanced Armour Aluminium.
Coming to Connectivity, the Fold 7 has support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and 5G.
The Fold 7 has Dual stereo speakers and supports either two Nano SIMs or a Multi eSIM. It runs One UI 8 based on Android 16 out of the box with Features like Gemini Live, Circle to Search, Galaxy AI Optimised for large screens, and AI Results View.
Both the Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 are available to Pre-order on Amazon or the Samsung India website starting from ₹1,999 and will be eligible for benefits of up to ₹5,999.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 will be available for pre-orders starting July 9th and will be available from July 20th.
