vivo has launched the vivo V60e, a successor to the V50e, which was introduced in April 2025. The phone introduces several notable improvements over its predecessor, including a better rear camera, a larger battery, and additional features.
Design

The vivo V60e features an improved camera design compared to the V50e, and it looks more stylish than previous generations. It also borrows the camera design from its big brother, the vivo X200 series. The V60e is just 7.5 mm in thickness and 190 grams in weight, which is a slight increase from the predecessor, which weighed 186 g with a 5600 mAh battery, despite the newer version housing a larger 6500mAh battery. vivo offers the V60e in two colors on the phone, which are elite purple and noble gold. The phone comes with IP68/IP69 certification for both water and dust resistance on the phone and it has dual stereo speakers on the phone.
Display

The vivo V60e features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with HDR10+ certification and a 120 Hz refresh rate and with P3 color gamut certification with SGS low blue light certification on the phone and with 1600 nits of local peak brightness and 5000 nits of peak brightness, which is again a gimmick since the display will get to 5000 nits only when you stream HDR content and the phone’s display is protected by the Diamond Shield glass.
Performance

The vivo V60e is powered by the Dimensity 7360 Turbo, which is essentially a rebranded version of the 7300 present on the V50e, and for the cooling of the device, the phone comes with a large 16,470 mm² VC cooling chamber with 10 sensors, which can drop the core temperatures by 12 degrees and can make the device run more efficiently while running heavy tasks, which is a great thing for the phone. The device features LPDDR4X RAM type and UFS 2.2 for the storage, which is a reasonable choice.
Camera
The vivo V60e features a 200MP camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera on the rear. The 200MP camera features a larger sensor compared to the 50MP sensor previously used in the V50e. The upgrade should result in improved low-light photography and better image quality. Additionally, the phone offers up to a/ 30x digital range.
The phone captures awesome portrait shots, and with AI Erase 3.0 and a lot of AI features, the photography experience should be great, and the phone is awesome for wedding-style portraits and an India-exclusive wedding vlog mode, which lets the user create wedding-ready videos with just one tap, and the phone comes with Aura Light, which can help users take great portraits, and it can take 4K videos both on the front and rear cameras, and it comes with a 50 MP selfie camera.
Battery
The vivo V60e features a 6500 mAh battery that utilises 3rd generation silicon anode technology. This impressive battery is charged quickly with 90W Vivo FlashCharge, allowing users to recharge it in a short amount of time.
OS
The vivo V60e comes pre-installed with Funtouch OS 15 out of the box, and it comes with great AI features like AI captions and the smart AI call assistant and so many AI features, etc., and Vivo claims the phone should be smooth for 5 years, and as for the software updates, the phone comes with support for three major OS upgrades and five years of security upgrades.
Pricing
The vivo V60e is available in three variants: the 8+128GB variant, priced at ₹29,999; the 8+256GB variant, priced at ₹31,999; and the 12+256GB variant, priced at ₹33,999. Additionally, there are some attractive offers available. For instance, a ₹3,000 instant discount brings the prices down to ₹26,999 for the 8+128GB variant, ₹28,999 for the 8+128GB variant, and ₹30,999 for the 8+128GB variant. You can also receive an additional exchange bonus of up to ₹3,400, and if you are a student, you can get an extra ₹1,000 off.
Verdict
The vivo V60e is a great pick for those who want a great camera phone and have a budget of 30,000. It’s a great phone, but for others, it’s not that great, and the non-offer pricing isn’t that great either, but with the offers, the price kind of looks great.
