POCO has launched its POCO F7 in India as a successor to the POCO F6. Here’s a look at the specifications, pricing, and launch offers of the POCO F7.
Specifications
POCO F7 has a 6.83″ 1.5K pOLED display with support for up to 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. It has 3200 Nits peak brightness, up to 480Hz Touch Sampling Rate and supports Dolby Vision HDR 10+, 3840Hz PWM dimming, and 2160Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate. This display has support for wet touch and glove touch.
POCO F7 is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, based on the TSMC 4nm manufacturing process. The POCO F7 also has an Adreno 825 GPU. The POCO F7 uses an IceLoop System with a liquid-vapour chamber and 6000mm2 heat dissipation. It even comes with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB/512GB UFS 4.1 Storage. The Phone Scores 2.1M+ AnTuTu Score.
Coming to Cameras, on the back it has a Dual Camera Setup with a 50MP Sony IMX882 camera with OIS + EIS, it also has an 8MP Ultra wide Camera. On the front, there is a 20MP OV20B sensor. The back camera supports up to 4K 60fps video recording and HDR 10+.
POCO F7 has a large 7550mAh silicon carbon battery, the largest battery in a smartphone in India. It supports up to 90W Wired Fast Charging and 22.5W Reverse Charging.
Coming to Connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and NFC. POCO F7 runs HyperOS 2 out of the box, and POCO has promised 4+6 years of updates.
POCO F7 has a metal middle frame that can bear up to 60 kgs, according to POCO. On the front, it has a Dual Glass Design with Gorilla Glass 7i on the front and back. F7 is rated for IP66+IP68+IP69 dust and water resistance
The Phone comes in three colours: Cyber Silver Edition, Phantom Black and Frost White.

Conclusion
POCO F7 seems to be an absolute powerhouse for an under-35k smartphone, and the specs are absolutely great. It has a large 7,550mAh battery, Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, and UFS 4.1. The only catch of POCO smartphones is optimization. There are reports of POCO F6 having issues with battery, which lasts about 5 hrs with light usage and Wi-Fi. I hope this time they optimize it well. If not, it will lag behind like the F6.
