Elon Musk, the owner of X (Formally Twitter), said he would ban Apple Inc. devices from his companies if Apple integrated OpenAI’s Artificial intelligence software into the Operating System level. He called this tie-up of OpenAI and Apple a security risk.
He mentioned all this in a post following Apple’s WWDC 24 Event on Monday, 10th June 2024. As the brand mentioned in its event the consumers would have access to OpenAI’s ChatGPT chatbox through Siri’s digital assistant. In this way, Musk continued raising privacy concerns with Apple’s AI, saying that the company couldn’t make its own AI and had no clue what’s actually going on once they hand your data over to OpenAI.
