Vivo has launched its flagship X300 Series in India. In this article, we provide an in-depth look at the flagship vivo X300 Pro’s detailed specifications and pricing. The X300 Series was launched in China almost a month ago.

vivo X300 Pro boasts a Large 6.78-inch BOE Q10+ Flat LTPO OLED Display with up to 1.5k+ resolution and goes up to 120Hz of dynamic refresh rate.
This display is capable of up to 1600nits of High Brightness Mode (HBM), 4500 nits of peak brightness, and 2160Hz of PWM Dimming. It also has symmetrical 1.1mm narrow bezels.
Performance
Vivo X300 Pro is also powered by the latest flagship Mediatek Dimensity 9500 Chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 Storage. Dimensity 9500 is also paired with an Ice Pulse Vapour chamber cooling for better heat dissipation and thermal management.
Cameras
vivo X300 Pro has a solid triple-camera system on the back, consisting of a 50MP LYT828 Main sensor with OIS, a 50MP JN1 Ultra-wide angle camera and lastly a 200MP HPB 3x OIS Telephoto Sensor (85mm, up to 100x digital zoom). On the front of the X300 Pro is a 50MP JN1 Sensor with Auto-Focus.
This Camera System is paired with the ZEISS Optics and vivo’s self-developed in-house dedicated dual chipset setup of VS1 & V3+ imaging chipset for better colour accuracy and details, and also has a Zeiss T* optical lens.
Battery
Vivo X300 Pro has a 6510mAh battery, with support for 90W wired fast Charging and 40W Wireless fast Charging. This battery is also capable of Bypass Charging 2.0 for better thermal management and charging during gaming or performance-intensive tasks.
Software
In terms of software, the flagship runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box, with a promise of 5 OS and 7 Years of Security Updates.
Connectivity
Vivo X300 Pro Supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, IR Blaster, and NFC.
Miscallaneous
Vivo’s X300 Pro features an Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for faster and secure unlocking, an X-axis linear motor for haptics, and Dual Stereo speakers.
Design
The X300 Pro has an IP68 + IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, and the phone is 7.99mm thick and weighs around 226gm.
It also has a Type-C Port rated for USB 3.2 Gen 1 Transfer Speeds.
Colors
Vivo X300 Pro comes in both Dune Brown and Phantom Black colours.
Pricing
The X300 Pro is priced in the Indian Market at ₹1,09,999 for the 16/512GB variant, and the Zeiss 2.35x Telephoto Extender is priced at ₹18,999.
