vivo China on Weibo has officially announced that OriginOS 6 will come with an iPad cross-connect support feature, marking a major step in breaking Apple’s traditionally closed ecosystem.

Not only this, but the vivo Company has significantly upgraded Mac connectivity within the Vivo Office Suite, making cross-device workflows more seamless than before.

Unlike older systems, the new vivo Office Suite does not require devices to be on the same WiFi or connected using a cable. Instead, users only need to log in with the same Vivo account, after which files can be transferred instantly and effortlessly between Apple and vivo Devices.

While this may sound like a minor change, vivo sees this as a crucial step toward creating a smoother and more unified ecosystem experience with Apple Devices. By removing barriers to device interconnection. It makes both study and office tasks more efficient.

The Windows system also supports synchronisation, similar to the Mac Ecosystem.

The new system will debut with the upcoming vivo X300 series and iQOO 15, which will be running on the OriginOS 6. OriginOS 6 will be revealed officially during the Vivo Developers Conference (V.D.C), on October 10. These changes allow convenient synchronisation, especially for office workers.
