Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 has been launched with Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 FE, alongside Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic. Here’s a Look at specifications, features, pre-order details and pricing of the Galaxy Z Flip7.
Specifications
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 comes with a large 6.9-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Internal Display with support for up to 120Hz Refresh and 2600nits Peak Brightness. It also has a 4.1-inch Super AMOLED FlexWindow External Display with support for up to 1600nits peak brightness.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 has an in-house Exynos 2500 based on a 3nm process instead of the Flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite, which allowed the Flip7 to be thinner and have a Larger vapour chamber and support DeX mode.
Coming to Cameras, on the back is a 50MP Wide-angle Camera (Dual Pixel AF, OIS, F1.8, Pixel size: 1.0μm, FOV: 85˚) and a 12MP Ultra-wide (f/2.2, Pixel size: 1.12μm, FOV: 123˚) with auto focus. On the front is a 10MP Selfie Camera (f/2.2, Pixel size: 1.12μm, FOV: 85˚) without auto focus. Both front and back cameras support up to 4K at 60fps video recording and 240fps on FHD (rear) and 120fps on FHD (front).
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 has a 4300mAh battery with support for up to 25W wired charging (Up to 50% charge in around 30 minutes), Fast Wireless Charging 2.0 and Wireless PowerShare.
It also comes with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 Storage. It runs One UI 8 based on Android 16 out of the box with Features like Gemini Live, Circle to Search, Galaxy AI Optimised for Large Screens, and AI Results View. Samsung promises up to 7 Years of Security Updates.
Galaxy Z Flip7 is rated IP48 for dust and water resistance, and the cover and back are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
It has a Side-Mounted Fingerprint and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port. It’s 6.5mm when unfolded and 13.7mm when folded, and it weighs around 188g. It has an Armor Flex Hinge, which is thinner and durable than previous Flips. It also has an armor aluminium frame for durability.
Z Flip7 comes with enhanced FlexWindow, which is integrated with Galaxy AI, which helps achieve personalisation, voice search with Gemini Live, and real-time app activity and alerts on the cover screen. Gemini Live, Now Bar and Now Brief are all available inside the FlexWindow.
Coming to Connectivity, Flip 7 supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, 5G and NFC. It can either support one Nano SIM or multiple eSIMs
It will be available in Blue Shadow, Jet-Black, Coral-red and Mint (Samsung.com Exclusive) colours.
