Android Headlines published an article with specifications of the Galaxy S25 FE as an exclusive yesterday.
According to the article, the Galaxy S25 FE will feature a 6.7-inch 120 Hz Dynamic AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

The Galaxy S25 FE is powered by the in-house Exynos 2400, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB and 256GB of storage.
Coming to cameras, on the back, the Galaxy S25 FE has a 50MP f/1.8 main sensor with OIS and autofocus, a 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, and an 8MP f/2.4 3x telephoto sensor with OIS and autofocus. On the front is a 12MP f/2.2 Sensor, compared to 10MP of the S24 FE
The Galaxy S25 FE has a 4900 mAh battery compared to the 4700 mAh of the Galaxy S24 FE, with support for 45W wired charging (compared to 25W of the S24 FE) and 15W wireless charging. The S25 FE will run One UI 8 out of the box. The phone weighs around 190 grams and is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance. The Article also mentioned that the S25 FE will be half a millimetre thinner than last year’s S24 FE

The article also mentions the Galaxy S25 FE to be released around late September of this year and that the phone might be priced around $600.
