The Google Pixel 10 Series is dropping on August 28 and will be revealed on August 20th. We have been seeing lots of Google Pixel 10 Series leaks lately, and now major specs of the Pixel 10 Series have been leaked in an article published by Android Headlines.
Google Pixel 10 Specs Leak
According to Android Headlines, the Google Pixel 10 will have a 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED Display with up to 120Hz Refresh Rate. It will have Gorilla Glass Victus 2, it will have 3000 nits of peak brightness and 2000 nits while on HBM (High Brightness Mode).
The Google Pixel 10 will be powered by Google Tensor G5, built on TSMC 3nm process.
Google Pixel 10 will have 12GB of RAM, while storage options are 128GB or 256GB. There will be no 512GB or higher options.
The Phone will have a large 4,970mAh Battery with support for 29W Wired and 15W Qi2 wireless charging. Older Qi Model chargers will charge with a maximum of 7.5W.
The major downgrades of the Google Pixel 10 are the cameras. It has a triple camera setup consisting of a 48MP 1/2.0″ sensor, which is the main one and is the same as the Pixel 9a, their mid-range smartphone. There is a 12MP ultrawide, which is a downgrade from the 48MP of last year’s Pixel 9. It has a 10.8MP telephoto, which can do 5x optical zoom, which is the same one used in the Pixel Fold 9 Pro. The Cameras were downgraded to fit the Telephoto Lens.
The Cons do not stop there; there is no vapor chamber cooling in the Google Pixel 10, and there is no Wi-Fi 7 Support either, which the Pixel 9 had.
Pixel 10 V/s Pixel 9
Google Pixel 10 may come with a 6.3-inch FHD+ 120Hz Display with 3000nits peak brightness, while the Pixel 9 had a 6.3-inch FHD+ 120Hz Display with 2700nits peak brightness. So the Google Pixel 10 is brighter than the Pixel 9.
Pixel 9 had Tensor G3 built on Samsung’s 4nm process, while the upcoming Google Pixel 10 might have the Tensor G5 built on TSMC’s 3nm process, which will be faster for sure, cooler and more efficient than the G3
Pixel 9 came with a 4,600mAh battery with support for 27W wired charging and 20W wireless charging, while the upcoming Pixel 10 might have a large 4,970mAh battery with support for 29W wired charging and 15W Qi2 wireless charging. So, Pixel 10 got a bigger battery and an updated wireless charging standard.
Coming to cameras, Pixel 9 had a 50MP main (1/1.31″) and a 48MP ultrawide, and it did not come with a telephoto. On the other side, the upcoming Pixel 10 is reported to come with a 10.8MP 5x telephoto, which is a new addition, and a 48MP main 1/2.0”, which is a smaller sensor compared to Pixel 9. Moreover, it has a 12MP ultrawide, which is also a downgrade, and the 10.8MP 5x telephoto is a new addition, but at a cost of a downgraded camera setup altogether.
Coming to Connectivity, Pixel 9 had support for Wi-Fi 7, but Pixel 10 lacks Wi-Fi 7, according to the article.
Pixel 10 improves on battery, display brightness, and has an efficient processor, but there are major downgrades in camera hardware and minor downgrades like the lack of Wi-Fi 7. The only major tradeoff I feel is that it is gaining a 5x telephoto at the cost of better sensors.
Pixel 10 Pro Series Specs Leaks
Android Headlines has just published an article on the Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL specs. According to them, the Pixel 10 Pro will have a 6.3-inch 120Hz OLED display, and the Pixel 10 Pro XL will have a 6.8-inch 120Hz OLED display. Both displays will be LTPO, so they will have refresh rates from 1 to 120Hz. Both Displays will have Gorilla Glass Victus 2 Protection along with the back.
Pixel 10 Pro will apparently have a 4,870mAh battery with 29W Wired Fast Charging and 15W Qi2 Wireless charging, Pixel 10 has a 100mAh bigger battery than the 10 Pro.
Pixel 10 Pro XL will have a large 5,200mAh battery with Support for 39W wired fast charging and 15W Qi2 Wireless Charging.
Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL are powered by the New Tensor G5 based on TSMC’s 3nm process, and both will have 16GB RAM And Storage Options are as follows:
Pixel 10 Pro: 128GB / 256GB / 512GB / 1TB
Pixel 10 Pro XL: 256GB / 512GB / 1TB
Coming to Cameras, both Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL will have the same cameras as the Pixel 9 Pro, which is 50MP main + 48MP ultrawide + 48MP telephoto and a 10.8MP front camera. Even the layout is similar. But the Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL will have an improved telephoto lens with better light intake.
Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL will not come with Wi-Fi 7, which the Pixel 9 Series had.
Pixel 10 Pro Series V/s Pixel 9 Series
Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL might have 6.3-inch and 6.8-inch Displays, respectively same as the Pixel 9 Pro Series. The Peak Brightness is 3000nits, the Same on both series.
Pixel 10 Pro might have a 4,870mAh battery, and Pro XL might have a 5,200mAh battery, the largest in a Pixel smartphone. Pro might have 29W wired charging and 15W Qi2 wireless charging support, while Pro XL might have support for 39W wired charging and 15W Qi2 wireless charging. Pixel 9 Pro had a 4,825mAh battery, and XL had a 5,050mAh battery. Both had support for 27W wired charging and 12W wireless charging.
Pixel 10 Pro Series will have Vapor chamber cooling, like the Pixel 9 Pro XL.

Pixel 10 Pro Series will have the same camera hardware as that of Pixel 9 Pro Series (50MP main + 48MP ultrawide + 48MP telephoto,10.8MP front camera). But, Pixel 10 Pros might have an improved telephoto lens with better light intake.
Coming to Connectivity, the Pixel 9 Series had support for Wi-Fi 7, but the Pixel 10 Series does not have Wi-Fi 7 support.
